CANCELLATION POLICY

• Reservations cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund less the reservation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival will not receive a refund and guests are responsible for payment of the reservation. Early departures are not eligible for a refund.

• Should a mandatory evacuation be ordered by Walton County or the State of Florida for Walton County, you will receive a future reservation credit for the time for which you paid and missed. Such future reservations will be based on availability. Your credit will be redeemable against reservations for one year from the time the evacuation required your absence and your reservation can only be changed once within that year. Mandatory evacuations are not eligible for a refund.
